The July 15, 1991, Special Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was
called to order at 4:31 p.m. by its President, Joseph Wroblewski. There
was a quorum present.

a. Approval of Minutes of the Special Meeting of Fridav.
June 14, 1991.
Upon a motion by Mr. Gamnage, seconded by Mr. Fewell and
unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of
the Special Meeting of Friday, June 14, 1991.
3. NEW BUSINF~S
a. Authority approval requested for Residential Lease with
Lvnda K Corbridge for property located in the Airport
ECOncmiC Development Area..

Mrs. Kolata noted that New Business items a, b, c, and d,
are all residential leases with individuals whose property
we have purchased. The term of each lease begins the
first day following the real estate closing. All of the
leases are rent free and provide that the lessee use the
property for personal residence only and not to sublet.
The lease stipulates that the Tenant will pay all
utilities and that the Authority will not be responsible
for any maintenance.
The term of the lease for Lynda Corbridge runs from July
3, 1991 until January 31, 1992.

Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr. Gamnage and
unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Residential
Lease with Lynda K. Corbridge for property located in the
Airport ECOnCmi.C Develognezlt Area.
b. Authority approval requested for Residential Lease with Elije
Hannah. Jr., and Rosalind Hannah for property located in the
Airport Economic DevelopmQazt Area.
Mrs. Kolata noted that the term of the lease with the uannah~
runs fran July 3, 1991 until January 31, 1992.
Upon a motion by Mr. Gamrnage, seconded by Mr. Fewell and
~tisly carried, the Authority approved the Residential
Lease with Elije Nannah, Jr. and Rosalind Hannah for property
located in the Airport Econcmic Development Area.
c. Authority approval requested for.Residential-Lease with Amos J.
Francoeur Jr. and Shirley Ann Francoeur for property located in
• the Airport Econ~nic Development Area.
Mrs. Kolata noted that the term of the lease with the Francoeurs
runs from July 3, 1991 until December 1, 1991.
Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Fewell and
unanimrn~.sly carried, the Authority approved the Residential
Lease with Amos J. Francoeur Jr. and Shirley Ann Francoeur for
property located in the Airport Economic Development Area.
d. Authority approval requested for Residential Lease with John A.
Pendl and Betty J. PPnr71 for property located in the Airport
Economic Develognent Area.
Mrs. Kolata noted that the term of the lease with the Pendls
runs fran June 1, 1991 until June 1, 1992.
Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr. Gamnage and
measly carried, the Authority approved the Residential
Lease with John A. PPnr31 and Betty J. Pendl for property located
in the Airport Econcmic Develorn~zt Area.

There being no further business to cane before the Redevelopment
Authority, Mr. Gammage made a motion that the meeting be adjourned.
Mr. Fewell seconded the motion and the meeting was adjourned at 4:38
p.m.
