DEED OF DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTSj That Russell W.
Sayre and Dorothy H. Sayre, his wife
for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other
/ valuable: consideration, r-viceipt of which is hereby acknowl-
edged, do hereby convey, transfer and dedicate to the
City of South Bend, Indiana, an easement and right of way
for street purposes over the following described real estate
in St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, to wit:
A lot or parcel of land in the East one-half
of the North East quarter of Section No. 34,
Township No. 38 North, Range No. 2 East,
bounded by a line running as follows, viz°, C-)�
Beginning at a point 447.1 feet South of t9a +
Northeast corner of said Section No. 34•�
thence running West a distance of 30 feet `;;' _'
thence South 131.7 feet; thence East 30 r_.
feet; thence North 131.7 feet to the place !'
of beginning, being the East 30 feet of vx' --
Lots Numbered 34 and 35 in an unrecorded
plat of Jackson's Subdivision in the City r
of South Bend.
The aforementioned realty is hereby dedicated for
a public street, and a permanent easement is hereby granted
therefor as well as for the installation of sewers and other
public utilities in and on the realty specifically described
herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Russell W. Sayre and
Dorothy H. Sayre, his wife , have executed this conveyance
as of the 27th day of September, 1955.
