DEED OF DEDICATION
SNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Frank A.
Slaby and Alice E. Slabj, husband and Wife, for and in con-

Dear Mr. Andrysiak:
Please find enclosed an executed copy of
the deed of dedication for the widening of Beverly
Place in South Bend, Indiana, as concerns the East
30 feet of the realty owned by Mr. and Mrs. Frank
A. Slaby.
The realty is described by a specific
metes and bounds description, although it has been
sometimes referred to as the East 30 feet of Lots
Numbered 30, 31 and 32 in the unrecorded Plat of
Jackson's Subdivision in the city of South Bend,
Indiana.
