DEED OF "DAB M1ENT
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH:
That Portage Realty Corporation, an Indiana Corporation, of
St. Joseph County, Indiana in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00)
Dollar and other valuab e cons ideration-dpQs hereby Grant and Convey
unto City of South Bend, Indiana the following described easement:
A perpetual easement for the construction and
maintenance of a storm water sewer to be centered
on the property line between lots 535 and 536
in Edison Park, South Bend, Indiana, more
particularly described as follows:
A strip of land Four (4) feet wide East and
West taken off of the entire West side of Lot
535, also a strip of land Four (Zj) feet wide
East and West taken off of the entire East
side of Lot 536, both lots being in Edison Park
Addition in South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana
The consideration for this conveyance being less
than One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars no Federal
Documentary Stamps are required.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has hereunto affixed its signature
