Dear Mr. Taylor:
In checking out our deeds in our deed record book of
property under the control of the Board of Park Com-
missioners, we have come across a warranty deed which
covers the right-of-way of High Street between Dubail
Avenue and Dayton Street.
This deed is of no value to the Park Department since
the street does not abut property under the control of
the Park Commissioners. Perhaps your department is
interested in having this deedg so we are forwarding
same to you herewith.
