an easement for public utility purposes including, but not limited to, the
installation, maintenance and service of sewers and other ut17.ity services,

of Indiana:
"Beginning on the west line of Hickory Road and
the east and west center line of Section 5 T.
37 N- tt. 3 East; thence west along the east and
west henter line of saidsection 5 a distance of
316 ft.; thence north 20 ft.; thence east 316 ft.
to the west line of hickory head; thence south 20
ft. to tiie place of beginning."
This easement sliall be binding on the heirs, devisees", representatives
and assigns of tiie undersimed.
