EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE., made this d ay of
1952, bay and between WOODLAND, INC., a Corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the State of Indiana, of St.
Joseph County, Indiana, party, of the first part, and PLACE
AND COMPANY, INC., a Corporation organized and existing under
the laws of the State of Indiana, of St. Joseph County,
Indiana, party of the second part, WITNESSETH:
For and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
($1.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged by first party, said party of
the first part hereby grants, bargains, sells, conveys and
warrants to the party of the second part, its successors
and assigns forever, a right of way and easement with the
right, privilege and authority in said party of the second
part, its successors, assigns, lessees and tenants, to con-
struct, erect,, operate and maintain a public utility in, on,
along, through or across the following described lands situ-
