domicile at South Bend, Indiana,'and the owner of the'real estate hereinafter
described, for the consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable con-
sideration, the receipt of which is hereby aelmowledged, does hereby deed and
quit claim and dedicate to the City of South Bend, Indiana, a strip of land
across its premises in said city for the purpose of a highway described as
