Release and Quit -Claim to the C itY Of South -Bend, a municipal
corporation
of St. Joseph County, in the State of Indiana jor and inconsideration
of One Dollar and''other valuable considerations Dyjjai:
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the following described Real Estate
in St. Joseph County in the State of Indiana, to -wit:
Beginning on the Viest line of Lot F of Forest Hill, an
unrecorded Addition situated in the Southeast quarter
of Section Twenty -Four (24), Township Thirty -Seven (37)
North, Range Two (2) East, at a point Two Hundred Sixty Eight
and Five Tenths (268.5) feet South of the South Line of
Donmoyer Avenue, said point being the iVorth line of Farneman
Avenue as platted in the Hilltop Addition, thence East along
a line Two Hundred Sixty -Eight and Five Tenths (268.5) feet
South of and parallel to the South line of Donmoyer Avenue
a distance of Eighty (80) feet; thence So -nth along the East
line of saidiotF a distance of Sixty (60) feet; thence
Viest along a line Three Hundred Twenty -Eight and Five Tenths
(328.5) feet South of and parallel to the South line of
Donmoyer Avenue a distance of Eighty (80) feet along the
South line of Farneman Avenue as platted in the Hilltop
Addition; thence North along the V^iezt line of Lot F a
distance of Sixty (60) feet to the place of beginning,
said point being the rIorth line of Farneman Avenue as
platted. in Hilltop Addition; the above described tract to
be the continuous extension of Farneman Avenue through
Lot F as platted in Hilltop Addition.
