alley, -the following described property in St. Joseph County, State of
Indiana:
Beginning4,at a point on the south line of St. Vincent- Street
one hundred eleven and fifty five hondroths (111.55) foot
east of the east line of St. Peter Street; thence south to
south line of lot 86 Sprints 2nd. Addition to a point one
hundred fourteen and seventy five hundroths (114.75) feet east
of the east line of St. Peter Street; thence east fourteen
(10) feet; thence north to the south line.of.St. Vincent Street
to a point fourteen (141) feet east to the pjace of beginning;
thence west to the p1moo of beginning.
