The Studebaker Corporation does hereby,dedicate to the public use as parts
of the public highways of the City of South Bond the following parts and
parcels of land, to-wit:-
1. 4 strip of land Ton (10) Feet in width off of the West Side of its
property abetting on Prairie Avenue in the City of South Bend, Indiana,
Corporation abutting on said Prairie Avenue, which Ford Line is the South
Line of the right-of-way of the Now York Central Railroad Company, provided
however, that as it now has certain permanent constructions and buildings
upon part of said strip, that It shall have the privilege of using the same
owpresent condition for two years after this date, at which time said
nsibotions and buildings shall be removed and said strip shall be made
Ole for public use as part of said Prairie Avenue.
1,�'A Strip of land Twenty (20) Feet in width North and South, abutting on
South Line of Sample Street, beginning at the East Line of Prairie Avenue

3. A strip of land Thirty-six (36) Feet in width, North and Southo abutting
on the North Side of the East and West alley, Forth of Leon Court, beginning
at the Test line of Kendall Street and running Westward, to the East line of
Prairie Avenue.
IN WITNESS 7MEREOP, The Studebaker Corporation has caused these presents
to be executed by its President and attested by its Secretary and its corporate
seal to be affixed hereto this 31st day of March, 1923.
