At the request of Alexis and Joseph A.
Coquillard, I amdelivering herewith a deed to
the 171%inicipal City of South Bend, conveying to
said city certain land 'for street 1.)uryoses,
The land described iri 7, e deed covers
that Part of Corby Street lying Vielst of Jacob
Street, and that part of Corby Street lying
east of Jacob Street, to a point 277.4 feet
east of said east line. This land has not been
dedicated for street pur-j.�oses and the grantors,
as well as the other, parties in that section of
the city, desire that the same be dedicetted
a-.cepted and placed of record.
