Resolved by the Boazd of Piablic 'Yorke that the use, 000-upsmoy
and control of the following described real estate in the City of
South pond, St. joyeph County, State of Indiana,
A purt cf the Noxthen6t vad goithwest nua'rtexs of Section two (2)
Tw onship thiyt-s yeven (37) North of Rmnge ME) Feet, bounded by a line
running as follows, viz: Commencing al. the intersection of the 'het
bank of the St. Joseph River, with the extension Fast of the Voith line
of the alley whAch lies Forth and adjacent to late One Hundred Twenty-
four (124) to One Hundred Thirty-three (133) inolveive in Portage Park
Addition to the Citj of fouth Tend, Indiana; thence down stream along
the West bank of said river to the Wouth line of the right of way of the
Mohattar. n Central Qilwu; thence Testexly alongg said South right of Way
line to an intersection with the Northeasterly line of an alley produced
which line is one hundred thirty-four (134) feet measured at right angles
from the hoiMea5teily line of Woodward Ave. produced Northwesterly;
thence Southeastealy with the Woxtheastarly line of said alley to the
Tortherly line of the al!OY along lots one hundred thirty-three (133)
