THIS INDENTURE WlTNESSETH that the Northern
Indiana Railway, Inc., a corporation organized under the
laves of the, State of Indiana, for value received, hereby
estate situate in the said City of South Bend, St. Joseph
County, State of Indiana, to-ivit,-
