corporation, its successors and assigns,
Of St. Joseph County in the State of Indiana
for and inconsideration of One ($1.00) Dollar and other good and valuable consideration
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the following Real Estate in St. Joseph County
in the State of Indiana, to wit:
All that part of the following described tract that lies
Northerly of a line drawn Easterly and Westerly from the
Northeast corner of said Lot Numbered 7 to a point on the
East line of Wilber Street, 61 feet South of the Northwest
corner of said Lot Numbered 7.
A part of Lot Numbered 7 as shown on the recorded plat
of Measels Addition to the City of South Bend, which
part is described as follows, viz: Beginning on the
point of intersection of the Easterly line of LaPorte
Avenue in the City of South Bend, with the East line
of Wilber Street; thence North along the East line of
said Wilber Street, a distance of 12.73 feet; thence
Southeasterly a distance of 21.74 feet to the Easterly
line of LaPorte Avenue; thence Northwesterly along the
Easterly line of LaPorte Avenue, a distance of 10.14
feet to the place of beginning.
The consideraton herein being less than One Hundred ($100.00)
Dollars no Documentary Stamps are requieed.
