(30) feet south of the northirest corner of said
Loot Thirteen (13), thence north thirty (30) feet to
the northwest corner of said lot; thence south--
easterly along the northerly line of said Lot Thir-
teen (13), twenty (SO) Feet; thence southerly on a
curve of thirty-three (33) foot convex to the north-
west to the place of beginning, in the City of South
Bend, County of St® Joseph and State of Indiana, to
be used for street purposes.
If the said premises, shall hereafter cease to be used for
street purposes, then this conveyance shall become and be null and
�void, and all the right, title and interest shall thereupon, without
notice, revert to the ,grantor, its successors and assigns,..
