feet to the intersection of sais North line
of Astern Avenue and said East line of
Kosciusko Street extended, thence North 27
feet to the present, North line of that por-
tion of Western Avenue which lies east of
Kosciusko Street, thence Southwesterly to
the point of beginning;
and The grantee assumes and agrees to a all taxes which
