the rweipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the following described Real Estate in
St. Joseph County in the State of Indiana, to -wit:
Part of Lot numbered Three Hundred Seventeen (317) in Hillcrest
Addition to the City of South Bend, bounded by a line running as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot
numbered Three Hundred Seventeen (317); thence
running north forty-five degrees forty-five minutes
(450451) East to a point in the north line of said lot;
thence west along said north line forty-six and six
tenths (46.6) feet to the northwest corner thereof;
thence south along the west line of said lot to the
place of beginning.
This conveyance is made to the City for the use of the
public for street purposes, in connection with the improvement of Angela
Avenue and LaFayette Boulevard, and to be used as and for a street and
to become a part of said Angela Avenue and Lafayette Boulevard.
