the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the following described Real Estate in
St. Joseph County in the State of Indiana; to -wit:
A strip of land fifty (50) feet in width off of and from the entire length
of the north sides of Lots Fifty-seven (57) and Fifty-eight (58) in the
Second Plat of Chippewa Heights, a sub -division in Section Twenty-five (25),
Township Thirty-seven (37) North, Range Two (2) East, as shown in Plat
Book No. 9 at page 70 in the office of the Recorder of said county.
The above grant is made for purpose of dedicating land above described for
use by the public as a highway, and for no other purpose.
