iquarter section; thence due East to the WMsterly line of Portage Avenue;
thence Southeasterly along the westerly line of Portage Avenue Fifty-four
and six tenths (54.6) feet, thence due West to the east line of Olive Street
thence North Fifty (50) feet to the place of beginning. Said tract is
hereby dedicated to the City for its use for street and alley purposes
and now known as Bergen Street.
