The project covers the demolition and removal of the existing burned-out building located at 1000 West Sample Street, known locally as the former Fun F/X Building. To that end, staff recommends the Board reject all bids in order to better educate local vendors on the City’s Inclusive Procurement Ordinance and achieve more competitive pricing.
