NOTICE
NOTICE
The Community/Campus Advisory Coalition (CCAC) will meet on Tuesday,
February 27, 2024, at 3:30 p.m. at the Technology Resource Center, Catalyst 2
Building, 1165 Franklin Street, South Bend, IN 46601. The Committee meeting
will be held by way of a hybrid meeting using Microsoft Teams app. Public access

I. Call to Order
II. 2024 Organization Meeting: Election of Officers for 2024
If anyone would like to nominate a member or be nominated for Chair or
Recorder, you may do so at this time.
III. Approving the 2023 CCAC Annual Report
IV. Updates and/or Items of Concern from Member Organization Representatives
Start with Public Safety Official, Campus Representatives, Neighborhood
and Other Community Representatives, and Ending with City Departments
and Council Member Representatives.
V. Remaining Spring 2024 Meetings:
3:30 pm Tuesday, March 26th and April 23rd, Via Teams and In-Person at the
Technology Resource Center
