At its February 13, 2024 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the above
referenced Change Order be increased by $4,476.50 with an additional one hundred sixty-six
(166) days, bringing the revised contract amount to $509,535.55 with a new completion date of
May 1, 2024.

Attached is Change Order #2 for the VPA Athletic Court Phase 3 project.
The total change order is for $4,476.50, which is 0.89% of the original contract. Funds are
available in the project to cover the cost. This involves a time extension of 166 days as well as
some escalation to account for changing the desired surfacing on one of the courts.
