referenced Change Order be increased by $4,010, bringing the revised contract amount to

Greetings,
Attached is Change Order #1 for the Century Center Skyway Restroom Upgrade project, and
will be the final change order. This is for some changes to tile and upgrading toilet seats to be
ADA compliant.
The total change order is for $4,010.00, which is 2.40% of the original contract. The funds are
within the project budget.
