Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski called to order the Personnel & Finance meeting at 4:30
p.m. She gave a brief overview of the agenda and then proceeded to begin the Organizational
Meeting
Organizational Meeting
Committee Chair Niezgodski welcomed the new members of the Personnel & Finance
Committee, requested feedback from the 2023 Budget hearings and then laid out the
responsibilities of the Committee.
The Personnel & Finance Committee oversees the activities performed by the Department of
Administration and Finance. The Committee reviews all proposed salaries, budgets,
appropriations, and other fiscal matters as well as personnel policies,health benefits and related
manners.
