NOTICE
The Community/Campus Advisory Coalition (CCAC) will meet on Tuesday,
January 23 2024, at 3:30 p.m. at the Technology Resource Center, Catalyst 2
Building, 1165 Franklin Street, South Bend, IN 46601. The Committee meeting
will be held by way of a hybrid meeting using Microsoft Teams app. Public access

⁃ 2024 Meeting Schedule: Fourth Tuesdays of the Month, 3:30-4:30 PM,
Via Teams and In-Person at the Technology Resource Center (Spring: Jan.
23, Feb. 27, March 26, April 23)
III. 2024 Organization Meeting: Election of Officers for 2024
If anyone would like to nominate a member or be nominated for Chair or
Recorder, you may do so at this time.
IV. Updates from Member Organization Representatives
- Starting with Public Safety Official, Campus Representatives, Neighborhood
and Other Community Representatives, and Ending with City Departments and
Council Member Representatives.
-In Addition to Your Updates and Information Sharing, Please Provide Input on
Suggested Discussion Topics for 2024.
V. Next Meeting: Tuesday, February 27, 2024, 3:30 PM, Via Teams and In-Person
at the Technology Resource Center
