and served as the applicant.

After due consideration the following action was taken:
Upon a motion by Elizabeth Hertel, seconded by David Wyncott, and carried
by vote, the Historic Preservation Commission APPROVES Certificate of
Appropriateness Application #2023-1016.
Vote: 7-0-1. Seven in favor, none opposed, one abstained.
COA#2023-1016 is APPROVED.

served as the applicant.

There was no one from the public to speak.
After due consideration the following action was taken:
Upon a motion by David Wyncott, seconded by Michael Skaggs, and
UNANIMOUSLY carried by vote, the Historic Preservation Commission
APPROVES Certificate of Appropriateness Application #2023-1106 with the
remanding of the anchor bolts location to staff to ensure they are installed in the
mortar.
Vote: 8-0. Eight in favor, none opposed.
COA#2023-11-06 is APPROVED.

Applicant requested the petition be tabled to the December 18, 2023 Historic
