At the Council's request, the 1984 CDBG Appropriation Ordinance
did not include the appropriation of funds for either the
Economic Development Capital Fund or the Commercial
Rehabilitation Loan Fund.
The funds were placed in the 1984 Unspecified Local Option
(U.L.O.) Account and the funds were to be appropriated for
specific projects at a later date. The attached ordinance would
appropriate $20,000.00 from the 1984 U.L.O. Fund for development
in the central business district.
I look forward to discussing the project with you but should you
have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me or Jon Hunt.
Sincerely,
