ORDINANCE NO. 7,�1-r S% AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $62,000.00 AMONG ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE DIVISION OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: The City of South Bend through the Division of Community Development received supplemental funding under Public Law 98 -8 commonly known as the Jobs Bill. In keeping with the intent of the Jobs Bill funds, transfers are required in order to utilize the funds in a timely manner. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana as follows: SECTION I. The sum of $62,000.00 is hereby transferred among the accounts as set forth below: Reduce the following accounts: Proiect No. Description JB83 -803 Rehabilitation of Public Housing Units JB83 -906 Monroe Park Industrial Park Improvements TOTAL Increase the following accounts: Project No. Description JB83 -801 Handicapped Access Curb Cuts JB83 -703 Rent -A -Teen Program JB83 -904 Studebaker Corridor JB83 -907 Special Public Works JB83 -802 Bureau of Housing Improvements Amnrnn-F $ 48,000.00 $ 14,000.00 $ 62,000.00 Amount $ 10,000.00 2,000.00 $ 18,000.00 $ 18,000.00 $ 14,000.00 TOTAL $ 62,000.00 SECTION II.
