ORDINANCE NO. e,,,5' AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, (CHAPTER 21, MUNICIPAL CODE) [SOUTH OF PROGRESS DRIVE BETWEEN MAPLEWOOD STREET AND KNOBLOCK STREET, SOUTH BEND, IN]. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: Section 1. Ordinance No. 4990 -68, as amended, which Ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, INdiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following- described real estate in the City of South Bend, St, Joseph County, State of INdiana; Part of the East Half (1/2) of the Southwest Quarter (1/4) of Section 33, Township 38 North, Range 2 East, described as follows: Beginning at a point 629.5 feet West and 357 feet South of a Brass Monument at the Northeast corner of the East Half (1/2) of the Southwest Quarter (1/4) of Section-33, Township 38 North, Range 2 East; thence South along the East line of Maplewood Street a distance of 805 feet; thence East a distance of 290.7 feet to the West line of Knoblock Street; thence North a distance of 805 feet; thence West a distance of 280.9 feet to the place of beginning containing 5.28 acres more or less, said tract of land being Lots Numbered 28 to 34 inclusive of the Post Place Addition to the City of South Bend, excepting the East 22 feet of said lots for roadway for Knoblock Street, be and the same is hereby established as D -Light Industrial, "F ", Height & Area.
