RE: ANIMAL WELFARE COMMISSION EXECUTIVE SESSION MEETING NOTICE
NOTICE
The South Bend Animal Welfare Commission will meet on Thursday, December 7,
2023, at 6:00 p.m. for an Executive Session in the Board of Public Works Conference
Room on the 13th floor of the County-City Building, 227 W. Jefferson Blvd., South
Bend, IN 46601.
Agenda
This Executive Session is being called pursuant to Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1
(b)(2)(B) and shall be held for discussion of strategy with respect to initiation of
litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in
writing. As used in this clause, “litigation” includes any judicial action or
administrative law proceeding under federal or state law.
The Executive Session is not open to the public pursuant to Indiana statutes.
