ANNUAL ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING
January 16, 2013

The January 16, 2013 Special Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to order at
10:08 a.m. by its President, Raphael Thomas. There was a quorum present.
1. ROLL CALL
Members Present: Mr. Ray Thomas, President
Mr. Jose Alvarez, Secretary
Member Absent: Ms. Carolyn V. Pfotenhauer, Vice President
Redevelopment Staff: Mr. Don Inks, Director of Economic Development
Mrs. Jenny Hullinger, Recording Secretary
2. ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Mr. Alvarez nominated Mr. Thomas to continue to be President and Mr. Thomas
seconded the motion. Mr. Thomas nominated Mr. Alvarez as the Secretary and Mr.
Alvarez seconded the motion. Mr. Alvarez nominated Ms. Pfotenhauer to continue to be
Vice - President and Mr. Thomas seconded the motion. All nominations were approved as
presented.
3. SET REGULAR MEETING TIMES FOR 2013
The members set 10:30 a.m. on the first and third Wednesdays of the month as needed.
4. NEXT MEETING DATE: February 6, 2013
5. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Redevelopment Authority the meeting
was adjourned at 10:15 a.m.
