AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $25 , 000. 00 FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND TO PROJECT CS 828 INLET RECONSTRUCTION, WITHIN THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: In the best interest of public health and safety it is necessary to repair inlets throughout the City. Funds are now needed for the cost of construction for these improvements . These funds are available from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section I : The following sum of money is hereby appropriated and ordered set apart from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund for the project in the amount set forth below: PROJECT NO.
