GAMMON Approved and signed by me /Z �� tg i /j e 14.144L Mayor • ORDINANCE NO. 79!,s'9 S�-- AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $150, 000 . 00 FROM THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND TO PROJECT R&S 8504, CONCRETE IMPROVEMENTS, WITHIN THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: In order to meet existing and proposed traffic demands , and to provide for safe and efficient movement of vehicles , certain improvements are necessary for some concrete streets within the City of South Bend. Funds are now needed to pay for the cost of these improvements . These funds are available from the Local Road and Street Fund. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section I : The following sum of money is hereby ordered set apart from the Local Road and Street Fund for the project in the amount set forth below: PROJECT NO.
