GAMMON Approved and sired by me S / 0,,„L Ma y or • ORDINANCE NO. 7 v,5 - is AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $400 , 000 . 00 FROM THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND TO PROJECT R&S 8502 1985 RESURFACING PROJECT, WITHIN THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: In order to meet existing and proposed traffic demands and to provide for safe and efficient movement of vehicles , certain street improvements are necessary. These improvements include resurfacing and other street repairs on various streets within the City of South Bend. Funds are now needed to pay for the costs of these improvements . These funds are available from the Local Road and Street Fund. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section I : The following sum of money is hereby appropriated ' and ordered set apart out of the Local Road and Street Fund for the project in the amount set forth below: PROJECT NO.
