The scope of work is to demolish twenty-one (21) residential houses throughout the City. A summary of the bids is as follows: • Ritschard Bros.: $368,493.00 • Green Demolition Contractors: $372,450.00 • Indiana Earth, Inc.: $711,260.00 A fourth bid was received from Taylor Maid Trucking, LLC, but only provided an hourly rate for trucking instead of pricing for house demolition. That bid is rejected as non -responsive. The remaining three bids were reviewed and found complete and responsive.
