ORDINANCE NO. 7 yfe 63,s AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $250, 000 . 00 AMONG VARIOUS ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE DIVISION OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: Since the preparation of the 1985 Community Development program additional projects have become a priority for the community. In order to assure that priorities are addressed, a transfer among accounts is necessary. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I . The sum of $250 , 000 . 00 is hereby transferred among accounts as set forth below: Reduce the following accounts: Project No. Description Amount CD85-605 East Bank Development Area $121 ,078 . 00 CD85-607 Central Business District 128 , 922 .00 TOTAL $250,000 . 00 Increase the following accounts: Project No. Description Amount CD85-610 Stanley Coveleski Regional $250 ,000 . 00 Stadium SECTION II. No costs will be incurred nor funds expended for any of the activities in this ordinance prior to an official release of funds being received from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development as may be required. SECTION III . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and approved by the Mayor.
