BEVERLY D.CRONE At Large I have several serious concerns regarding the proposed ALBPASZEK rezoning from "A" Residential, "A" Height and Area, to At Large "B" Residential, "D" Height and Area. These concerns JOHN VOORDE At large include the following: K.CEKANSKI-FARRAND (1) The fact that there is a petition containing Council Attorney at least 92 remonstrators against the rezoning. (2) That the proposed use is so intensive for property so close to railroad tracks . (3) That the proposed setbacks of fifteen feet (15 ' ) are not enough and that at least thirty feet (30' ) should be considered as being an appropriate setback from adjoining properties. (4) That the wooded area should remain intact and a privacy fence should be a condition. (5) That Sunnymede has not been extended, and increased traffic should not be placed on 35th Street since that would adversely affect that neighborhood. (6) That the proposed ingress and egress to the proposed rezoned land is unacceptable based on the high volume traffic in the area. ) } - : 00000,' Page 2. The Area Plan Commission of St. Joseph County, Indiana I question whether such expensive condominiums are appropriate so close to railroad tracks . In light of the above concerns, I believe the Area Plan Commission must give serious consideration to each, in determining whether the proposed rezoning is in fact the highest and best use for the land in question. I thank you for your consideration. Sin erely, 4 ,a1 _ /,tP everlie J. Bec• President CC: Common Council Members
