NOTICE
The following Common Council Committee Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, September 5th,
2023 at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Common Space at the Technology Resource Center located at
1165 Franklin St. #100, South Bend, IN. The Committee meeting will be legally held as a hybrid
meeting with the Microsoft Teams Meeting app. The Council Chambers is open to the public. Members
of the public have the option to attend the meeting in person or may access the meeting virtually by th e
