During the project construction, Rieth Riley ran into unforeseen gas utility conflicts which
delayed the installation of 5 sewer inlet structures. Additionally, Rieth Riley documented 5 rain
delays during the extent of the project. Engineering recommends approval of the time extension
of 9 days.
