The scope of work contained three items to be performed at a four-plex housing unit: • Patch window siding/trim • Rebuild fire stairs • Reframe sun porch One quote was received from TRCC LLC. However, TRCC neglected to provide a price for the first work item regarding patching of window siding and trim. To that end, the quote must be considered non- responsive and rejected. The price for the above scopes of work is anticipated to be less than $50,000. In accordance with Indiana state code, the project will be procured in the Open Market.
