The Redevelopment Commission met in Executive Session on Thursday, November 9, 2023, at 9:55 a.m. for the
purposes specified in I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B) for discussion of strategy with respect to initiation of litigation or
litigation that is either pending or has been threatened, specifically in writing. Commissioners Marcia Jones, Vivian
Sallie, and Dave Relos appeared in person. Commission attorney Danielle Weiss appeared in person, as well as
Executive Director of Community Investment Caleb Bauer, Deputy Director of Community Investment Sarah
Schaefer, Director of Growth & Opportunity, Erik Glavich, Mary Sears, Boards Secretary and Property Manager,
Joseph Molnar. The meeting was held in the City Legal Department Conference Room, 12th Floor, County City
Building, 227, W. Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana. Those in attendance did not discuss any subject matter
other than the subject matter as specified in the public notice. The meeting adjourned at 10:28 a.m.
