Re: River Crossing 1 & 2 — 304 Stainless Steel Ladder Extensions
Dear Mr. Radcliff,
HRP Construction is providing the material, labor, and equipment quote to provide and
install the listed (304) stainless steel ladder extensions as outlined below. Please
review attached ladder extension drawings for approval at each location and provide as
much lead time as possible. The ladder builds will take up to 4 weeks to build upon
notice to proceed and contract. HRP will schedule the work as soon as possible.

I am not sure if I have to take this through the Board. Could you please forward it for review and let me know if I need
to prepare for the Board?
I reached out to Selge for a quote several times and they have not responded. I also asked Centerline for a quote, but
they did not respond. HRP was responsive.
Please request a PO for $26,000 to address work safety concerns raised by the CSO crew while performing maintenance
at the River Crossings (RC1 & RC2).
