A total of five (5) quote requests were sent to three (3) different contractors all capable of performing the individual scopes of work. The scopes of work include painting and siding work, roof repairs, and window/door replacement at two separate properties: 542 N. Scott St., and 430 Cottage Grove Ave. The work is funded by the Redevelopment Commission. Quotes were solicited from TRCC LLC, a South Bend -based minority -owned business (non -certified); Stahl Painting Company, a Mishawaka -based minority -owned business (non -certified), and Spotlight Renovations, a small contractor based out of Elkhart.
