Steeply picthed hip roof with centered gable roof projection, covered in asphalt shingles. First store porch with gabled entry over steps. Rusticated half-height concrete piers with square tapered wood columns support the hipped porch roof. Porch has concrete steps and wood decking. Structure is clad in vinyl siding, win- dows are 1/1 double hung with aluminum storm windows. Aluminum storm door shielding a wood front door with single pane window. Small vinyl-sided garage on north side of house. ALTERATIONS: AA #2020-0911A allowed for the installation of a new A/C unit, shielded by vegation. COA # 2006-0808A approved the replacement of the concrete sidewalk with concrete brick. COA 2012-0507B (EXTENDED) allowed for the replacement of the eaves trough, in-kind, driveway/sidewalk in brick, repair of the columns and replacement of the railings, installation of brick patio, deck and railing on balcony, and fence along alley around patio. APPLICATION ITEMS: “Replacement of aged/weathered wood door with new security steel door + storm door.” DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED PROJECT: The applicant has requested approval to: •Replace existing single-lite front door with pre-hung pre-hung 32” x 80” 6 Panel w/22”x36” Lite, Single Door made out of Steel, with Clear Low E 22” x 36” Left Hand Swing.
