ORDINANCE NO. 75:30 -37S-
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA ( "CITY" ) , TO AMEND ITS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 1985 (THOMAS W. MITTLER
d/b/a T.A.N.K.S. PROJECT) AND ITS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 1984 (MITTLER SUPPLY, INC.
PROJECT) , AND AUTHORIZING CERTAIN ACTIONS
WITH RESPECT THERETO
The Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana,
hereby provides as follows :
Section 1. The City of South Bend, Indiana, Economic
Development Revenue Bonds, Series 1985 (Thomas W. Mittler,
d/b/a T.A.N.K.S. Project) and the City of South Bend, Indiana,
Economic Development Revenue Bonds, Series 1984 (Mittler Sup-
ply, Inc. Project) , and the documents under which said bonds
are issued are hereby amended in accordance with the agreement
entitled "Amendment" presented to this Council and incorporated
herein by this reference, the terms and conditions of which are
hereby found acceptable.
Section 2 . The Mayor and the Clerk of the City are
hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver the
aforementioned documents for and on behalf of the City after
making therein such changes as permitted by the Act as they
deem necessary and proper, as evidenced by their execution of
such documents, and are further authorized and directed to exe-
cute and deliver such other documents for and on behalf of the
City, to take such other actions for and on behalf of the City,
as they deem necessary and proper in connection with the con-
summation of such.

Section 3 . This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by this Council and its sig-
nature by the Mayor of the City.
