This new program will continue to April 6th 8 pm <br /> develop and grow, but I hope to share with you how it will operate and how it can South Bend <br /> benefit you, your family, and neighbors. Symphony Orchestra: <br /> British Heritage <br /> 311 is a simple, three-digit phone number that residents, businesses, and visitors can April 9th 7:30 pm <br /> use to get non-emergency information about City of South Bend programs or to make Celtic Woman: <br /> Believe <br /> a request for service. April 13th 8 pm <br /> Gary Owen, Lil Duval & <br /> The first three divisions to be part of the program will be Water Works, Solid Waste, Michael Blackson <br /> and the Street Department. In the coming weeks and months, the City will transfer April 27th 7 pm <br /> additional departments, divisions, and services to the new phone line. South Bend <br /> Symphony Orchestra: <br /> This program is an excellent opportunity to improve our customer service and make German Heritage <br /> government more accessible for all South Bend residents.
