SUBJECT: Notice of Executive Session
NOTICE
EXECUTIVE SESSION of the Redevelopment Commission will be held on
Thursday, November 9, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. at the following location:
Legal Department Conference Room
12th Floor County-City Building
227 W. Jefferson Blvd.
South Bend, IN 46601
This Executive Session is being called pursuant to Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1
(b)(2)(B) and shall be held for discussion of strategy with respect to initiation of
litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened, specifically in
writing. As used in this clause, “litigation” includes any judicial action or
administrative law proceeding under federal or state law.
