NOTICE
An EXECUTIVE SESSION of the Historic Preservation Commission of South Bend and St. Joseph County (“HPC”) will be
held on Thursday, November 9, 2023 immediately following adjournment of HPC’s Special Meeting scheduled
to be held on the same date, at 6 p.m., in the Common Council Chambers on the 4th Floor of the County-City
Building. The Executive Session will be held at the following location:
City of South Bend
Department of Community Investment Conference Room
14th Floor County City Building
227 W. Jefferson Blvd., Suite 1400S
South Bend, IN 46601
This Executive Session is being called pursuant to Indiana Code §§ 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(10) (A) and shall be
held to:
1. Develop a List of Prospective Appointees for Consideration for Appointment of a Public
Official
The Executive Session is not open to the public pursuant to Indiana statutes.
