Regulations pertaining to the Historic Preservation Commission are
found in Chapter 21 (Zoning), South Bend Municipal Code and Chapter
26 of the St. Joseph County Code.
The issuance of this certificate does NOT in any manner, release
the recipient from the responsibility of complying with the requirements
of the zoning ordinances, building codes, safety codes, ADA or other
requirements of the City of South Bend, the County of St. Joseph, the
State of Indiana, or the United States Federal Government.
This certificate is good for one year from the date of issuance and
is effective from the date entered herein. Plans are on file and open for
public inspection at the office of the Historic Preservation Commission of
South Bend and St. Joseph County, 227 West Jefferson Blvd., Suite 1400

* Install 1x6 pine on the bottom edge of rafters.
*Install 1x4 pine overlapping of the 6'' pine.
*Paint wood fascia in white.
*Re-attach concrete covered soffit to rafter tails.
*Remove all job related debris and clean work area.
*Provide proper licensing and permit for project.

BELOW.**

- Remove existing gutter from rear second story, due to current gutter having twist, this will not be reusable.
- Install new 5" aluminum seamless gutters in white.
- Reinstall 2" x 3" downspouts.
- Remove any job related debris from site.

DISCLAIMERS
1.Plywood will be replaced as needed at a rate of $105.00 per sheet of 1/2" OSB replaced and $9.50 P/LF of 1x roof decking unless otherwise
defined in signed agreement. Pictures will be supplied to customer. Should framing repairs be required in excess of $500.00, a price to repair
will be presented for approval by homeowner before work proceeds. Pictures will be provided if framing repairs are performed.
2.Skylights not replaced with a roof replacement will be excluded from warranty leak claims.
3.Colors, sizes and style on repairs may not match due to several factors including but not limited to product manufacturing changes, sun fade,
weathering, age, design changes etc.
4.Satellite Dishes will need to be recalibrated after reinstallation. Customer will need to contact provider to arrange for this. Additional charges from
provider will likely be incurred by customer.
